01 — Content & requirements audit
We inventory existing content, product catalog needs, editor workflows, languages, and integrations — whether you need a brochure website, a blog, or a full online store.
- Content types, product data, media, and taxonomy review
- Editor roles and approval workflows
- SEO, forms, payments, and third-party plugin needs
02 — CMS strategy & selection
Not every project needs the same CMS. We recommend WordPress, WooCommerce, headless CMS, or custom admin based on whether you need a website, an online store, or both.
- WordPress for marketing, corporate, and editorial websites
- WooCommerce for online stores, catalogs, and checkout flows
- Headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, etc.) with Next.js when you need a custom frontend
03 — Information architecture
Content structure is mapped before build — post types, fields, relationships, and URLs — so editors can grow the site without breaking navigation or SEO.
- Sitemap and template planning
- Reusable blocks and component-based pages
- Multilingual structure when required
04 — Content modeling & setup
We configure the CMS: custom post types, ACF or schema fields, media libraries, and preview rules so non-developers can manage content confidently.
- Field groups, validation, and editorial hints
- Relationships between articles, products, or locations
- Draft, review, and publish states
05 — Theme or frontend integration
For WordPress we build or extend themes for websites and WooCommerce storefronts; for headless setups we wire Next.js to the CMS API with fast, SEO-friendly rendering.
- Custom WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks, and landing pages
- WooCommerce shop pages, cart, checkout, and product templates
- Next.js or preview URLs for editors before content goes live
06 — Migration & content import
Moving from an old site or spreadsheets? We plan redirects, bulk import, and media transfer so launch does not lose rankings or broken links.
- Automated import scripts and manual QA samples
- 301 redirect maps and sitemap updates
- Image optimization and alt-text cleanup
07 — Plugins, SEO & extensions
Forms, SEO plugins, payment gateways, shipping rules, caching, security, and analytics are configured and tested — for brochure sites and online stores alike.
- Yoast / Rank Math or equivalent SEO setup
- Payment providers, tax, shipping zones, and order emails for stores
- Caching, CDN, contact forms, CRM, and newsletter integrations
08 — Editor training & documentation
Your team receives short guides and a walkthrough for day-to-day tasks — creating pages, managing media, and publishing safely.
- Hands-on training session for content editors
- Written or video documentation for common tasks
- Support channel for questions after launch
09 — Launch & ongoing maintenance
We deploy the CMS, verify backups and updates, and can stay on retainer for upgrades, plugin patches, and new content templates.
- Production deploy with SSL and monitoring
- Update policy for WordPress core and plugins
- Optional maintenance and feature iterations
